IC MAFIA RULES

Much like any normal game of Mafia, there are two teams: Town, and Mafia. It is the Goal of the Mafia to take out the Town to the point that the number of townspeople are lower than the number of Mafia members. In contrast, it is the Goal of the Town to eliminate all of the Mafia members among them.

The game time is as long as it takes for the snow to be cleared - a little under two months.

Due to the number of Guests in the Resort and the long wait until the snow is gone, the game has been slightly modified.

Here is the schedule for how the game will be played:


Monday-Thursday: The 'day' portion of the game. During this portion, any death that occurs for whatever reason will not cause a trial to start.

Thursday night: The 'Night' portion of the game. The Mafia will kill during this time, and the Town may also kill.

Friday: The 'Discovery' portion of the game. Bodies will be found.

Saturday: The 'Trial' portion of the game. Using their wits, all players will talk over who committed the crime, and vote for who they believe murdered. The votes will be tallied, and the person who has the most votes will be taken to their room for their final meal and night alive.

Sunday: The 'Execution' portion of the game. An Executioner will be randomly chosen by the Staff, and will execute the guilty.

After Sunday, the cycle resets.
