GRAVEYARD
[On the instant of your death, you're suddenly outside of your body - probably staring down at the remains it's become.
Yet, you're not alone. For all of you (except Szayel), a young man appears from behind you, his face set into a firm, yet sad, scowl. His shaggy strawberry blonde hair is pretty eye-catching, along with the black and white Shihakusho he wears and the large sword on his back, even as he gently tries to lead you back into the lobby and away from what was once your body. You can still clearly hear and see the living, if you want to try - but they can't see or hear you.
'Welcome to the world of the dead in this Resort,' he says, quietly. 'Looks like you're stuck here with the rest of us.'
He hands you a tablet, just like the one you had before. "You'll need this if you want to keep talking to them,' he explains, looking sad.
It looks like you've passed on, and yet...You still feel like you have a role to play in all of this.]

Oh... thank you, Ichigo-san. [He holds the tablet close, because he is definitely not losing this any time soon.

I... I definitely will. [His expression definitely looks pretty tight though, because he knows this isn't going to be any good for Akira at all.]
He shouldn't have to deal with all of this.

[It's a little formal, and honestly? he's tired of being polite, sometimes. Especially in situations like this.]
....I agree. Especially after - we'd talked him out of using his power.
I just hope that he won't break that promise.

[Minato has no issues with just sticking with that; he flashes Ichigo a wan smile, before focusing on the real problem child at hand--Akira.]
I... I don't know We talked about it a lot... how he needed to treasure his life, and how I never wanted him to sacrifice himself for me ever again.
But I don't know how he'll react to this.
[It'll be hard on Akira... in part because Akira gave him the bomb, even though that's not what killed Minato.]

...There's an option, if he tries. I'm a shinigami - I can keep you in this realm, if you want. I don't think even the resort could interfere if I kept hanging onto your spirit and refused to let you go back to a body.
[It's...something, at least. Something to keep from Akira from doing the worst he can.]

[After all... he wants Akira to hold onto his life, and not give it up for him. No matter what.]

[That's easy for him to agree with. In all honesty... he wants to live, even if maybe he's not in a position where he deserves to.]
I believe in everyone here, too. I think... we'll be okay.
