GRAVEYARD
[On the instant of your death, you're suddenly outside of your body - probably staring down at the remains it's become.
Yet, you're not alone. For all of you (except Szayel), a young man appears from behind you, his face set into a firm, yet sad, scowl. His shaggy strawberry blonde hair is pretty eye-catching, along with the black and white Shihakusho he wears and the large sword on his back, even as he gently tries to lead you back into the lobby and away from what was once your body. You can still clearly hear and see the living, if you want to try - but they can't see or hear you.
'Welcome to the world of the dead in this Resort,' he says, quietly. 'Looks like you're stuck here with the rest of us.'
He hands you a tablet, just like the one you had before. "You'll need this if you want to keep talking to them,' he explains, looking sad.
It looks like you've passed on, and yet...You still feel like you have a role to play in all of this.]

If it helps, some of them protrude from my arms or shoulders instead.
Ah, yes. He was named by the ones involved in that camp incident- he was present for it.

Th...The raccoon. Was present for the camp incident. [...] How the hell did it get all the way over here?

Apparently? It's his job. He and the moose are supposed to watch us as we struggle under the Foundation's thumb in these events, but the reason why is confidential- he couldn't tell me.
He said he found it difficult to find his way here, because of this resort's odd properties. Took him a few weeks.

[A pause. She freezes as a though settles into her mind.]
...Oh, fuck. Shit. I told, uh, that dog god I would meet with him after we escaped. I don't even know if I'm going to be able to get out of here. Like, no offense, but...how the hell do we know the thing to give us new bodies will work?

And trust me- even if Szayel fails somehow, I will succeed. Bodies are my area of expertise, after all.
[He has self confidence when it comes to things like this]
And we will escape here. Somehow or another.

[She grimaces, but she seems to perk up a little bit at the fact Medic can make his own specifications.]
To be honest, I don't know how much I trust Szayel with...that. If it's alright, I'd like to discuss some other specifications that I'm not particularly comfortable talking about around him. Later, though.

Trust me- I'll do everything I can to make sure your body is exactly the way you want it. Don't worry about him. I have quite a few specifications for my own, after all. I love every scar and "imperfection" on my body- I'd rather not lose a single one.

[Ripley gives Medic a nod, looking slightly more relaxed. Solidarity!]
....You know, if Phil ever caught wind of this, he'd probably ask you to make him buffer.
no subject
Oh, I hate that you're not wrong about that. No, I like him just as he is.
