[On the instant of your death, you're suddenly outside of your body - probably staring down at the remains it's become.

Yet, you're not alone. For all of you (except Szayel), a young man appears from behind you, his face set into a firm, yet sad, scowl. His shaggy strawberry blonde hair is pretty eye-catching, along with the black and white Shihakusho he wears and the large sword on his back, even as he gently tries to lead you back into the lobby and away from what was once your body. You can still clearly hear and see the living, if you want to try - but they can't see or hear you.

'Welcome to the world of the dead in this Resort,' he says, quietly. 'Looks like you're stuck here with the rest of us.'

He hands you a tablet, just like the one you had before. "You'll need this if you want to keep talking to them,' he explains, looking sad.

It looks like you've passed on, and yet...You still feel like you have a role to play in all of this.]

I only have two alternatives, and Aoi's the only one out of the group that knows morse, so a lot of the communication would either be through paper or writing words on palms or backs.

Although Nanase is probably a good potential option, too. . .

Let's see what everyone thinks, and we'll go from there. Everyone can still communicate through that person, so it's going to turn out okay either way.

[Though that's probably why they should be someone patient, if they have everyone yelling at them to say things to the living.]

If we still somehow don't have tangibility to communicate with the others, I think a good last resort option would be to communicate anything really vital to the rats and have them get into contact with the living? They could use Sol as a translator and we'd have a basic medium. . .

But only as a last resort.

Since the rats can apparently see us? I know Ichigo mentioned it once.

That's good to know too. At least we have a few options, even if they're not ideal options.

[ It'd suck. It'd feel like the way it was meant to be, but even worse, in her opinion. ]

But they're not, and that's a good thing.

It didn't happen. We're not cut off completely. We can still help the living...and we can still remind them that we're here in little ways.

Facing something that seems hopeless, but finding a way to overcome them by our own means... it feels a lot more like we're less helpless.

We just have to think outside the box. No matter how stupid or ridiculous it might seem-- actually, no, I think there's a limit to that.

What do we really have to lose? I don't know that there's much of a limit at this point.

I would like to keep whatever little left I have of my dignity.

I try not to worry too much about the small things.
