[On the instant of your death, you're suddenly outside of your body - probably staring down at the remains it's become.

Yet, you're not alone. For all of you (except Szayel), a young man appears from behind you, his face set into a firm, yet sad, scowl. His shaggy strawberry blonde hair is pretty eye-catching, along with the black and white Shihakusho he wears and the large sword on his back, even as he gently tries to lead you back into the lobby and away from what was once your body. You can still clearly hear and see the living, if you want to try - but they can't see or hear you.

'Welcome to the world of the dead in this Resort,' he says, quietly. 'Looks like you're stuck here with the rest of us.'

He hands you a tablet, just like the one you had before. "You'll need this if you want to keep talking to them,' he explains, looking sad.

It looks like you've passed on, and yet...You still feel like you have a role to play in all of this.]

I can use magic, like I said before. I have a wide array of offensive spells ranging from practically every element imaginable, including light and dark. I also have healing and support capabilities, with a few debuff and buff spells.

Basically. . . I'm a wild card. I can fulfill whatever niche you need me to.

It sounds like you'd make a good pair up with Ellie, although it might be better to test some things out before we try it on any opponents. Either way though, it's a good skillset to have around.

I was thinking about pairing up with Yoshi, actually. He can use his power to pinpoint enemy weaknesses, but he'll need someone to guard him so he doesn't get hurt. Unless someone else volunteers. . .

You're right, though. I am. I was on the front lines back home, and in the memories I regained about my time in the Foundation.

That works too, as long as we've got enough to manpower to keep him protected. [He puts a chin to his hand.] Although... the potion I got might be able to help a little for that. It might be risky though, and it doesn't last that long either. Anyways, someone who's well balanced and has some long range options would be best.

I was wondering about who should take point, so I figured I'd ask. At the moment, I'm thinking Ryoga is probably our best option. I can back him up, but it'd be good to have one other person around too. But if we're going to be bringing Yoshi, I'll bet Ellie might want to stick close to him.

Yeah, she probably will. But someone should protect her, too. Her support capabilities will no doubt been extremely invaluable in boosting our offensive power.

You mean her ability to augment magic? [Hm.] Maybe it'd be a good idea to ask if she needs to be within a certain range of whoever's casting, too. If they need to be close by, then maybe they can back each other up.
