Nickname: 1-3 nicknames for your characters! The Staff will call them by one of them, so be sure you're alright with your character being referred to by that for the entire game.
Character History: Put any wiki links here if you have them! If there isn't one for your character (in case of obscurity/untranslated canon/etc), we'll require a write up on their history/canon in order to familiarize ourselves with it.
Personality: We'd like at least 3 paragraphs to give us a general gist of your character. You can write more or reuse personality sections from previous games, but we're looking for key points rather than a full description.
Powers: Outline any of your character's powers here! If they don't have any, just put 'no powers.'

All of the Questionnaires must be done Icly! Treat these like your samples.

1. Any preference for bedding or decor in your room?
2. Do you have any favorite foods or allergies that we should know about?
3. What kind of personality would you like the Staff to have during your time here? Be descriptive.
4. How do you feel about rats?
5. Have you ever killed someone or landed in jail?
6. If you found someone's valuables lying alone and untouched, would you take them?
7. Would you save a severely wounded person, even if the situation seemed hopeless and your own life were in danger?
8. Could you forgive someone if they killed someone you love?
9. Say you have the fate of someone who has done a terrible, awful crime in your hands. Would you kill them via any execution method, or would you rather they live and suffer for the rest of their life?
10. Do you believe you are a good person?

Extra Samples: Feel free to write a sample in the setting, or link to a test drive thread if you feel there are any gaps in how your character behaves with the questionnaire, or if you'd just like to be sure you've covered everything!

Do you want to volunteer for Mafia?: Yes or no. If you say yes and your character is chosen, you will become privy to quite a few secrets about the game early on. If no, then we understand and your character won't be chosen for the first round of mafia picks, unless we don't get enough volunteers.

Do you want to volunteer for the mole/killswitch?: Yes or no. A mole or a killswitch would work directly for the NPCs and do tasks for them. They may be told to kill a character if need be, and they will not be protected from a trial if they do kill. However, they will get other special bonuses.
