[When your character dies, however that may be, they will feel themselves floating. For a moment or two they will linger at the site of their death, hovering just above everyone, watching.

Then they will feel a pull and they will get tugged all the way to the studio, through a wall, through the hall, through a door.

The place they end up in looks to be a backstage area. There is an area for storing supplies, a coat rack full of empty prinny costumes, a lounge area, and a place to rest. All of these areas are marked by a green border between the described rooms and the doors that go elsewhere. You will see prinnies come and go, hurrying around as they do their work for the day. But within those borders, some of the prinnies will take off their suits, revealing the human souls within. Men, women, old, young, there is a large mix. They are all very dead, though, and seem used to being dead.

And among all of the dead is one living girl, one who seems to be running the show behind the set. She can be found giving instructions to prinnies and telling them where to put things, but she will always take time to give everyone who arrives the same warning:]

Hi there! I'm Marona, and this is the backstage area. There's a lot to do yet, so if you could help us out I would really appreciate it.

All the areas with the green on the floor are safe to be in as ghosts. Your souls won't get pulled away as long as you stay in the safe areas. If you want to go outside of there, though, you have to put on a prinny suit. And if you do that, you have to follow the rules of the prinnies: no killing anyone, follow the orders you're given by the living, and try not to blow up too much.

If you have any questions, I'll be here! But you can come and go as you like. Just don't give Mr. Dazai too much trouble, okay?

I haven't been able to even duck away to grab lunch yet, AND I skipped breakfast. You're a lifesaver.

[Her computer is currently monitoring the forums. Specifically, she seems to be deleting comments.]

There's just so much work to do right now. The game is almost over, and the last bit always has the most work.

[ ! Has the time finally come for star to prove that he's actually an elite hacker too. ]

I see...the last hurrah dood. [ Flipper to beak. ] Would refreshing beverages help you with your work, dood?

[ He has tea and coffee which he's totally not going to accidentally spill on this poor woman so he can get a look at her computer with his own flippers. ]

That...oh my, that's very sweet of you- oh no!

[She catches the tea, but there goes the coffee right onto her pants. She'll set the tea down, but then she's going to grab some napkins to mop up the mess.]

Oh no...this is all so kind, but next time one at a time, okay?

[Meanwhile, Alcor can definitely peek at her screen. She seems to be deleting comments on the message board that are either critical of the Foundation or messages meant for the contestants to see directly. The one up on her screen that she had been about to delete is a long one saying that the Foundation is bullshit and the O5s are trying to push an agenda. There's also kind words for the contestants saying "We know you're reading the boards, if you catch this before it gets deleted then just know we're rooting for you."]

Sorry dood...handling mugs with flippers is quite difficult. [ Snagging photos of all this on his eyephone even though the techie in him is cringing inside at taking pictures of a computer screen. If she left the room to get napkins, is there anything in specific on the message board that stands out? If not and if time allows he's just going to see if he can't alt + tab over to her e-mail to see if there's anything interesting in there. ]

[She does step out! And if Alcor works quickly, he will be able to see that there are many comments similar to the one she had just been about to delete. Support is a lot higher than it initially looks like, just because so many comments are being deleted.

In her email inbox is an email that instructs her to shut the forums down entirely if the comments don't stop.]

[ Noted, noted. 'Kay leaving things exactly how they were so he appears to be an obedient good prinny-star-box when she returns. Looking around the room isn't suspicious though so is there anything else of note around her desk/work station? ]

[Nope! You're good on this end. Want to investigate somewhere else, or let the others handle it?]

[ He'll leave another rice krispie treat for the nice lady then fly on his way...! What else is there to check out in Site 4? Or who else can he bribe with snacks. ]

[There's still the technology guys and the episode editors to talk with. Which one will he choose?]

[ Tech! Because it's something he actually understands, someone who is more familiar with human culture should grab the episode editors. He'll start much like he did with the nice forum lady. ]

Oh hell yes, give me that shit!

[Yeah uh. That tech guy is excited for food. The other one just sighs and adjusts her glasses while her partner in tech stuffs his face.]

I'm sorry for him, he has no manners.

It's alright, everyone gets hungry when they're working hard dood. [ This tech reminds him of Nora so gonna hand him extra chocolate truffles. ]

Would either of you like coffee, dood? [ Holds out thermos while looking between them both and their computer screens. ]

I suppose it couldn't hurt.

[Their attention is on Alcor, so they don't notice him looking at their screen.

Their computer screen is monitoring one of the cameras at the house currently! It's the one outside, that's pointed at the pool. There is also a work order for that camera, one for fixing the sound to that camera. It looks like they finished that work order recently, probably just this week.]

[ Passing out the coffee while thinking intently. It would be great if he could get either the sounds or video disabled on the camera from this end or loop it somehow. But there's two of them and he already spilled coffee once today. Anything on their screen or around their desks that could help? ]

I bet your work is really interesting to have all this fancy equipment, dood.

[It would not be hard to hit the 'undo' button and undo all of their hard work.]

You bet! Normally I'm used to working with absolute dinosaurs, but this stuff seems pretty recent. I guess they want good tech for this containment procedure.

That must be why they have all of you working so hard too, dood. You'll definitely need all of these snacks to keep you going! [ Just. going to dump the rest of his satchel onto their desks, if his flipper presses that button it's entirely coincidental. ]

[Congrats on muting the mic to the camera outside, Alcor. It was sneaky enough that the two techs didn't even notice, and the girl is going to close out the ticket while assuming the bug is fixed.]
