Round 4 graveyard
[When your character dies, however that may be, they will feel themselves floating. For a moment or two they will linger at the site of their death, hovering just above everyone, watching.
Then they will feel a pull and they will get tugged all the way to the studio, through a wall, through the hall, through a door.
The place they end up in looks to be a backstage area. There is an area for storing supplies, a coat rack full of empty prinny costumes, a lounge area, and a place to rest. All of these areas are marked by a green border between the described rooms and the doors that go elsewhere. You will see prinnies come and go, hurrying around as they do their work for the day. But within those borders, some of the prinnies will take off their suits, revealing the human souls within. Men, women, old, young, there is a large mix. They are all very dead, though, and seem used to being dead.
And among all of the dead is one living girl, one who seems to be running the show behind the set. She can be found giving instructions to prinnies and telling them where to put things, but she will always take time to give everyone who arrives the same warning:]
Hi there! I'm Marona, and this is the backstage area. There's a lot to do yet, so if you could help us out I would really appreciate it.
All the areas with the green on the floor are safe to be in as ghosts. Your souls won't get pulled away as long as you stay in the safe areas. If you want to go outside of there, though, you have to put on a prinny suit. And if you do that, you have to follow the rules of the prinnies: no killing anyone, follow the orders you're given by the living, and try not to blow up too much.
If you have any questions, I'll be here! But you can come and go as you like. Just don't give Mr. Dazai too much trouble, okay?

He'll openly look over at the spear though. How big are we talking about here, like one you'd use on horseback or something or what? Any kind of special designs too? Can he sense any magic from it?
He'll also gesture at it to the custodian.]
What is that?
no subject
And yeah, that spear is hella magic. It also feels vaguely...well, not quite DEMON but it's not human magic either. It's more like a monster's magic?]
Oh, that's! MC's personal weapon. He takes it with him everywhere he goes.

The envelope also seems interesting, but alas... custodian. So he'll try putting the thermos and box down on the desk, partly on top of the envelope and hopefully enough to obscure the view from the entrance. Then he'll start unpacking, although he'll be careful to keep the items clustered close to the box and near the envelope.
For now, it's probably better to keep up the conversation too.]
Everywhere...? He wasn't carrying it around when he visited the studio on Saturday, though.

[The letter is obscured by the box! That is a good distraction, if Sandalphon is quick he might be able to slip the letter into the box unnoticed.]
no subject
That sounds convenient.
[He turns from the desk, walking back towards the door, but he stops before exiting.]
Oh, one of my coworkers had something they wanted to leave, too. Would you mind if I fetched them?
no subject
[The letter is successfully smuggled, and Sandy can bring people to the office.]
no subject
Come with me. There's something I want you to look at.
no subject
Anything I can do to help, man.

There's a spear in Mission Control's office. It's obviously magical, but I can't discern much else aside from its similarity to what would be cast by monsters. See if you can figure out anything else about it. I can provide a distraction if you need it.

[They actually make sounds when they're active, for crying out loud. Kinda cool sounds, but still.]

[Mostly it's just the suit unzipping part they have to hide.]
...Can you take a glimpse of it first, then? I can't comment on how powerful it is, but I'll trust you to know your own limits if it comes down to it.

[Chinhands. Or rather, chinflipper.]
We could retrieve some blankets. I already took sheets from some of the rooms earlier in the week, so we can use those.

[Leo changes direction, on the hunt for a couple of blankets. He'll bury himself under them so it looks like he fumbled them, then unzip the suit to peek out. Thus equipped, he waddles back to Sandalphon with the large wad of cloth in his flippers.]
Hopefully nobody catches us anyway, but at least we're taking precautions.
no subject
Actually, there's a custodian that won't step away from the office door. But wasn't difficult to sneak a letter past him, so this shouldn't be any trouble, especially with me distracting him.

[He doesn't have anything else to say, so the rest of the walk there will be a silent one unless Leo wanted to fill it with something. But either way, when they make it to the office door, Sandalphon will raise a flipper in greeting.]
Sorry for the wait. [A gesture to Leo prinny and the blankets.] He thought a blanket would be good to have around for those late nights.
[While Leo does his thing, he plans on distracting the custodian with conversation about the state of the base. But if that isn't enough, Sandalphon's willing to go as far as accidentally tripping and falling toward him if necessary.]
no subject
What does he see when he looks at that spear?]
no subject
When Leo looks at the spear, he will see that it is highly magical. Like, there's a lot of magic on this thing, and it's OLD magic too. Additionally, it seems that the spear is able to change shape and can also be summoned to its owner. It is also glowing red, even if it normally appears a metallic color.
This is a very powerful personal weapon, and should not be underestimated.]
no subject
[He's tempted to touch it and see what happens. I mean, he's already dead, what more could it do?
He's going to try to look deeper, see if this thing has a core, or maybe the owner's aura can be traced and read through a connection to the spear Maybe he can see a true name in that connection?]
no subject
It does seem connected to MC somehow, though.]
