How long have they been here? 2 years
Job: Thaumiel in training! He's been learning to help contain SCPs using data he can glean from his number sight. But for the most part his job is still tracking down SCPs instead. He loves video games and junk food and plays Animal Crossing as well as various gacha games during downtime.

How Long have they been there? Little over a year and a half
Job/What he's been doing: He's been investigating and tracking SCPs with his abilities as a detective and a Servant. Makes a hobby of solving cold cases in the Colorado area and giving the police anonymous tips. Tends to tool around in puzzle games and online mystery book clubs in his downtime.

Job: Professor of Engineering at the University of Minnesota
Notes: He's collaborating with the Foundation's research team on the whole world travel/going home thing, but he maintains minimal contact with them otherwise (because they suck!!!). Anyone's welcome to have gotten his phone number while he was there for the R5 finale, and if you text him science questions or whatever he'll answer.

Job: He is O5-2, and also the Official founder of the Foundation. He recently recovered his humanity since the Winchester Incident and is busy trying to fix his many mistakes. Recently cut his hair.

Job/Current status: Clarke has been between sites and doing missions while trying to acclimate to how different things are from what she has had to deal with back home in canon. She has been mostly keeping up with her training, learning new things etc and trying to help out with whatever she can and generally being the Mom Friend who frets over everything. I'm down with handwaving her teaching people basic first aid skills or anything more advanced if you want. For hobbies she draws/paints a lot in her downtime and in efforts to be more fun, she does take up suggestions of things that people tell her would be fun because she needs help with that tbh.

Round: Originally from R2, but she was also in R4 and is also in the current round. If anybody from R5 (or otherwise, if you somehow missed R4) wants to have seen the R4 showing on tape re: Inaba, feel free!
Location: R2 site, Canada.
How long have they been here? Since September 2018.
Inaba herself does a lot of the paperwork, so that's what you'll mostly see her doing. Sometimes she goes on missions but those are very far and few between. In terms of hobbies, she plays a lot of video games on consoles and mobile, reads a lot of books (she's been reading a lot of psychology novels amongst other things) and generally stays on her site unless it's absolutely necessary.
Name: Tsubasa "Syaoran" Li
Age: Physically 16, mentally 23.
Round: R3
Location: R3 site, Colorado.
How long have they been here? Since the beginning of R3, so late March 2019.
As a note - he will always introduce himself as Syaoran because names are important and he only allows certain people to use his True Name because of that reason. Besides that, he is generally around his site or doing missions. He'll travel often for them, but currently he's just sticking with Takumi.

Location: Some nebulous location, I haven't fucking decided, it's on a site somewhere where she can keep in contact with the other R5-ers.
How long have they been here? 20 years, man. Although technically was time frozen for 10 of them, so. #thanksR5
Honestly, Rin is more than likely just spending her time taking a break because dear lord R5 was a thing, but she'll be around for the livewatch. If anybody wants to have talked to her here and there, feel free, just know that she's Bad At Tech(tm) so she wouldn't be contacting people through computers or cell phones.

How long have they been there: Two years (Since Camp)
Extra: He's a Rank C Agent who has been out on the field. Nine actually likes working for the Foundation because it's what he's used to (being treated as disposable, etc... ) He spends his free time with the others from Camp, especially Mitsuru (Smol), Boa, and Ren. Lately, he's been trying to figure out how to heck to cook as well as slowly fill in the gaps of his knowledge. Recently, he eloped with Ren.

How long have they been there: A couple years.
Extra: Due to becoming the Doppleganger and returning to the Foundation after her round was over with, she was locked up and experimented on for a while. She was granted more freedom thanks to "good behavior" and would visit the others more often. Recently, she started to go on regular missions again. During her free time, she goes on dates or vacation Blueski- Aoi or will be hanging around Yoshi and/or Flat. She likes spending time with her "kittens."

Location: Disneyland or Shop with Riku (He was at Site 4 before and then before that it was Site 3)
How long have they been there: Since October 2018.
Extra: Sora loves singing along to Disney songs and trying to help the world become a better place. He doesn't agree with how the Foundation was in the past, but he will do his best to keep everyone safe and make sure no one else gets sacrificed on his watch. Lately, he's been making the most of their vacation time with Riku.

Extra: Vani went AWOL to join John's group (Chaos Insurgency) and stay with him. They kept a low profile for a long time, but now don't have to worry about the Foundation going after them.

How long have they been there: since Jan 1st, 2000.
Extra: He's really only been an agent for a few months since the group was Rip Van Winkled for containment purposes. He actually has been living up the vacation they had to first drag Ango away from work, then drag Ango with him to follow after Hitoka Yachi and Osamu Dazai. He's still dodging sharing the full scope of his capabilities.

Extra: Marisa's main residences are Michigan and Siberia, but she takes a lot of odd job missions that take her all over the place, so feel free to have run into her in person somewhere. If you're a magic-user of some kind she loves to talk shop /o/ Marisa also peddles her wares from time to time, mostly potions or other sort of magical constructs she can make on commission.

Extra: Azura's usually on missions for anything her pendant can help with, purifying, calming down enemies, etc, though more recently she's also been on the front-lines a few times with her lance. Since R4 she's been searching for something that can help remove the curse on her, if that sounds up your character's alley, lmk!! o7 Also may be planning that wedding with Ingway soon, tbd.
