- The Magistrate is a Town aligned role that can overturn one execution vote in the entire game. This may be done immediately after votes are announced, or before the execution.

- However, they must choose who to be executed in the pardoned's place.

- The Magistrate wins if all the mafia are killed, and if they survive the game.

TIPS

As the Magistrate, you can save a loved one from death if they get voted out by the public....but then you'll have to decide who dies in their place. An agonizing decision, to be sure. And you'll always have to wonder...is your loved one really your loved one...?
