Watanuki Kimihiro A young man who works part time at a wish-granting shop. He is every bit as polite as you would expect from someone in customer service, but that politeness hides a streak of passive-aggressive tendencies and a deep well of sarcasm. He has been gifted with a supernatural sight, but he refuses to accept this gift. Instead, he works for a Witch to pay in advance for his wish to remove his supernatural abilities. He was the second victim, killed by Shadow in a fit of rage. Syaoran Li A young traveler who visits many worlds, and the youngest in the group he normally travels with. He travels to those worlds in order to grant a wish to take back what is important to him. In spite of his age, he has a strong sense of determination and will. Almost kind to a fault, he is willing to help others that are hurting and shows an endless devotion to the people he cares about. 'Syaoran' is simply a pseudonym that he uses to protect himself from being controlled by other magical users. Next As a descendant of Clow, he has inherited powerful magical abilities, which he relies on in a pinch. He is also rather proficient in the culinary arts, cleaning, martial arts, and various bladed weapons. Back RULER A Heroic Spirit who is the essence of ‘one who reveals’ - and yet his true existence is a mystery. Ruler is most certainly not his real name – in truth, it is actually his role as a Servant in a magical war in another world… under normal circumstances, that is. His true name is Sherlock Holmes, the archetype of a detective, who might simply be a creation of Doyle’s pen. Or, perhaps, he is a real man romanticized by his friend’s tales. Only Doyle himself would know the truth. Next While he is clearly a man who dwells deep within his own thoughts, it is a mistake to believe that his head is in the clouds because of this. In fact, it is that he is too sharply aware of the minute details of everything that falls under his eyes and is swift to act when he deems it necessary. He claims to be a figure whose brain fully controls his heart, but yet he is very gentle with the truths he has uncovered - even choosing to letting them stay buried if they would cause only harm. Back Shadow the Hedgehog An immortal, dark hedgehog with a steely will and shady goals. His small size belies a powerful being. Created by the greatest scientific mind of his time, Shadow is an artificial life form. As introduction of extraterrestrial “Black Arms” DNA stabilized his physiology, he is partly of extraterrestrial origin. He proclaims himself to be the Ultimate Lifeform - a title that is well earned by his ability to wield the mysterious powers of the Chaos Emeralds easily. He was Watanuki's killer - but was spared from being executed by the very person he set out to kill. Furudo Erika Fell from the pleasure boat "Eternal Maid II" mid-cruise in the waters near Rokkenjima. On October 4, 1986, she drifted to Rokkenjima. The Ushiromiya family welcomed her as a guest. She managed to drift to the island unharmed thanks to several miracles, including the life jacket she was wearing. She didn't drift onto this island, however. The Detective was the first victim of the Witch's game. Matou Sakura A highschooler - and an anomaly once called "Makiri's Black Holy Grail." She was groomed into becoming a vessel for an ultimate evil, though she has since broken free of those chains. A descendant of powerful magi, she is heir to a powerful magic - but her horrific 'training' has led her to be unable to properly use it. While she is a kind, polite, and withdrawn girl, she has a penchant for jealousy, lashing out if she is pushed. Having a strong backbone despite her fragile exterior, she will do anything to protect the ones she loves. Aiba Takumi A young man who is the center of many tangled destinies. The assistant to a being known as 'Kyoko Kuremi'. Takumi's fate repeatedly comes in contact with a parallel world. Because of one such brush with this world, he is now made of pure data. He could be said to be 'between human and digital worlds '. It is due to this state that he is able to solve mysteries and affect change no one else can. Next Thanks to his friendly nature and strong will, others around him are often carried away by his ideals. He is also known as the 'Golden Maniac' among hackers, due to his strength and reckless ability to do the impossible. Due to 'Kyoko's' teaching, he has a cursed ability to make a dangerous brew of coffee that others dread. Back Takamaki Ann A young woman who is both a model and a member of the Phantom Thieves. Due to the corrupt actions of her teacher - a man who abused her best friend and blackmailed her despite being someone who should have been protecting her - she had the chance to take back control as Panther. Someone of strong spirit and fortitude, she has endured criticism and rumors spread in slanderous ways behind her back. That strength has allowed her to steal the hearts of the worst of people many times with her fellow thieves. Kurusu Akira A young man who recently went to jail on false assault charges, and the leader of the Phantom Thieves. ...Well, in his would-be future, that is. In spite of the charges, he's a kind-hearted individual with a steadily-growing drive for protecting other people. He's a bit awkward around the edges, but he oftentimes means well. In the end, he was Ryuji's killer - though he ended up dying himself in the attempt. He was revived, and then executed again at the Witch's cruel whims. Gebura A machine with a soul, her occupation as Head of the Disciplinary Division has given her a singular goal in life: Retake order when all has been lost. She brings all of her brutal efficiency to this goal. The creation of a fusion of science, kabbalistic knowledge, and the core of a dead human, Gebura was created to refine golachab into gevurah as part of a plan to save the souls of humanity. A powerful warrior with a mastery of a variety of weapons, she has a distinct preference for melee weapons - a trait taken from her past life as a woman named Kali. Next In spite of her strength and skills, both pale in comparison to that of her past self. Gebura has been "reset" hundreds - possibly thousands of times - dealing significant damage to her soul and having resulted in the loss of most of her memories as a human. However, she is merely a single trigger away from regaining those memories - once again finding herself trapped inside the regrets of a long-dead woman. Back Sakamoto Ryuji A punkish young man who is also a member of the Phantom Thieves. Though he is thought of as a delinquent by most of society, he refuses to let it stop him. Embracing the stain society has placed on his name, he continues to do what comes naturally - helping those in need and bringing justice to those who hide from it. Even though his own tale ended on a tragic note with the death of his leader, he refuses to let that stop him from continuing forward. Unfortunately, he came to an even crueler end as the third victim of the Witch's game, killed by the very person he thought he could trust. Wheatley A sentient machine from an underground facility where robots conduct endless experiments. Although he was programmed with low intelligence, he desperately tries to make up for his shortcomings. He is rather sociable and tends to chatter quite a lot. He often tries to hide his stupidity by using terms that sound smart to him, with mixed results. On occasion, he comes up with a decent plan, though he would most likely need help in executing it. Personnel from an unrelated facility have given him a body so that he may better interact with the world. He will not die if he is disconnected from it -as his real 'self' is contained in the 'head - but he cannot control a body he is not connected to. Anon A mysterious demonic entity from the Underworld. Robert Haydn. The child of the Protectorate clan of the Infernal race. Anon is a great number of things, and wears many faces - and only some of them are true. This penchant for identity changing is in his family, however - as his father has been living his life as someone else's father for the majority of Anon's life. Anon himself is a cheerful, carefree creature most at home on the battlefield - a combat genius who takes great interest in those he deems to be strong and challenging. His insatiable curiosity can be just as amusing as it is dangerous. Kino Emi A half-human, half-youkai woman and an original member of the Superhuman Bureau. In contrast with her almost ethereal appearance, she is a realist who has no qualms making hard choices when they are needed. She has many unusual skills - and employs them to protect the person she loves, and to try to create a world where her people can live in peace. The yokai of her world love and revere her as their princess. Joey Claire A perfectly ordinary girl from a very peculiar family. The Oldest daughter of Jake Harley and A. Claire. Growing up in a lonely mansion, she learned to dance through life quite literally, and spent her time trying to find her place in the world while lacking a guiding light. On November 11, 1994, Joey and her younger brother were attacked by mysterious eyeless beasts. In her attempts to escape the monsters, she stumbled upon a strange family legacy and was transported to another universe - falling in with the resistance against a tyrannical teenage despot in a mutually beneficial arrangement that might one day send her home. Before this could come to pass, however, she was brought to this world by the Foundation. Sora A boy chosen by the Keyblade, and savior of many worlds. He has used its power to save the worlds from crisis more than once. Friendly to a fault, he is more than willing to help anyone in need - even if it means risking his own life. Though failure shadows his heart, he still looks forward to a bright future with everything he has. Kurama A young man who is actually a very old man. One could almost call him a silver fox. The most composed and intelligent member of his usual group, he falls somewhere between acting motherly and being the most mischievous prankster they've ever known. A very long history of criminal acts is in his past - though apparently it wasn't enough to keep him from becoming a so-called 'detective'. Next His green thumb is legendary and his knowledge of plants encyclopedic. It's only natural, due to his powers revolving around them. Though he is usually kind and easygoing, beware crossing his lines. In his mind, mercy is only for the repentant - and there are many, many fates worse than death that can befall someone. Back Kagami Kagami A young author who has spent a long time traveling across worlds in search of her sister. ...But, can she really be called young when she's been eighteen for 200 years? As an author, she can rewrite her surroundings to suit her needs. However, she does not use it. Such a thing would be boring, and too easy. At least, so she claims. Of course, her carefree nature makes it difficult to tell if that is the actual truth. Minazuki Karen The young daughter of a wealthy couple, and the student council president at L'Ecole des Cinq Lumieres. She is well-liked by the other students - but has only a few real friends, and rarely sees her parents. She holds everyone to high standards, including herself. This often leads to her taking on the responsibilities of others so that she can insure they're done correctly. In secret, she is the magical girl known as Cure Aqua, the Precure of Intelligence. She wields power far exceeding human abilities in that form. In the end, she was executed - even though she was innocent. Riku Once upon a time, there was a young boy who walked into the worlds beyond his without a single shred of fear nor hesitation in his heart. However, instead of moving through shadows... ...now he is one who walks the path in perfect balance by the forces of light and dark. Though this Keyblade Master has been through a variety of challenges, he has emerged with his self intact. Never again will he lose sight of what is important to him. Erhard Muller A distant, but brilliant doctor. His frigid gaze belies his passion for saving his patients. He was imprisoned at sixteen for a biological massacre that claimed many lives, existing in an isolated cell kept at freezing temperature for eight years. His skills in surgery are matched only by his social awkwardness with others - and the shame of a crime he cannot even remember committing. Yuuki-Koide Natsuno A young man from a rural Japanese village that experienced a public health emergency. The son of an atelier, his unconventional parents are at fault for his unusual name and steadfast opposition to cultural norms. Moved from the city to the country about a year ago, though it was his dream to return and escape dull country life. Unfortunately, life had other things in store for him - but perhaps death will be more kind. Next Despite his cool demeanor, Natsuno has been known to commit numerous questionable acts - including taking on an experienced rifleman unarmed and digging up the grave of a former classmate. Ironically, he hates horror movies. He also hates turtle soup. Back Makimura Makoto A young blind woman. Though not originally blind, her mind has taken her eyesight after a series of traumatic events. Despite this, she continues to keep trying her best to live a normal life. Recent events have led her away from that goal, throwing her back into a whirlwind of danger and despair. In the end, she refused to play the game - and was quietly removed from play. Clear A young man who has spent most of his days hidden from society. Rescued from an unpleasant fate by the man he came to call "grandpa," he spent most of his days in peace. It wasn't until after his grandfather's passing and his subsequent slumber that he began interacting with humans. Because of his oblivious nature, his actions can often perplex and exasperate the people around him. And while he has a body made for combat, he much prefers playing the role of a pacifist - and has no genuine interest in fighting. His interests include collecting shiny objects, singing, jellyfish, and his Master.
