Dreamland (round 3)

[A strange house of some sort sits in the pitch black nothingness that exists around it. For those just now wandering in, they will be drawn to the building, finding it lit up in a way that it should not be. It's as if the whole area- house, yard, fence, and giant sakura tree- all give off their own light, and the newly-arrived are drawn to it like a moth to the flame.

Inside the boundary of the yard, the familiar faces of those who have passed on already will greet them. Depending on who is asked, they might give an accurate explanation. But even if they don't, one thing is clear: you don't want to leave this place. The area outside feels Dangerous, and it is probably best to stay put.

Fortunately, the house is built in an old style, and there are many rooms to explore. One room on the second floor seems locked, but the rest are open to explore as desired. The standard rooms are easy to find: kitchen, a W.C. and a bathroom, a sitting room of some sort, and a couple bedrooms (with plenty of futons for the dead to use). There are also several tatami mat rooms with nothing in them currently, but it seems like there might be some use for those rooms.

Around the house, perches for birds can be found. No birds are on them currently, though.

Sometimes Watanuki can be found in the house, but most of the time the dead will be left to their own devices. The question is, what will they do here?]

Just because you're used to it, Kimihiro, doesn't make it fine. It doesn't make it right for me to have to hurt you again.

. . . I'll try not to murder anyone anymore. [ He just got too reckless. ]

[Now come on, it's time to leave the store room and go have social hour.]

[ Is it really social hour when you're talking to your other self? Regardless, Tsubasa will follow Kimihiro and leave the storeroom behind. He is quiet though, not really knowing what else he could possibly say to him. There's nothing he could say. But he is staying light on his feet and being careful, given that he's barefoot but it's fine. It's Kimihiro's dream. It's a dream he's been in before, even if the circumstances are different. ]

[Syaoran is probably in the best position to recognize that this place as changed, then. There are fractures around the house, tucked into corners and out of sight normally. And while the others have taken steps to heal those cracks- which Syaoran will also notice, as the places where people have healed his heart tend to shine a bit- there are still many left.

There's also a heavy feeling to the air here. Like if someone isn't careful, they'll get caught up in something they can't even see.]

. . . [ It definitely doesn't help that powers are on in here, so he can probably sense the oppressive air without even blinking and that's not a good thing. He won't speak up much about it because he has a good idea of what's happening in here, but. Maybe he should speak up. Clear the air, at least. Or at least make things a little less awkward. ] Has anything happened since. . . that time? [ He's admittedly curious about the gap in time between 'when he died' and 'this current moment', and Kimihiro's probably one of the best people to fill him in on the details until Monday. ]

My head got a bit crowded.

[He says that with a 'tsk', but he doesn't actually find the visitors bothersome. It's the most company he's had in decades.]

...It feels like things are changing, but this place is all a part of 'me', so I think I have blind spots that others can notice more easily.

This is a lot of people in one dream. . . [ The last time there was this many people in a dream was-- Well, let's just say it was one of the last times he saw his parents. ] Change isn't a bad thing though, Kimihiro. [ Not always, anyway. Although his lips crack into a soft smile at his comment, though. ]
